WSET Level 2 Award in Wines
This course gives students an excellent all-around product knowledge. This course is a suitable starting point for trade members with industry experience. WSET Level 1 is not a prerequisite for taking WSET Level 2.
Who Should Attend
This course provides an all-round product knowledge and education. This course is structured for industry trade members in the areas of retail, hospitality, sales, production, and distribution / wholesale. Serious wine consumers with an interest in a deeper industry knowledge or pursuing a career in the field may also field this helpful. This course focuses on key grape varieties and regions of the world.
WEI and WSET strive to make this qualification available to everyone and offer a Reasonable Adjustment Policy designed to increase accessibility of this certification.

Course Details
Standard in person classes are taught over 6 weekly sessions culminating in the exam. You will taste 20 odd wines during each of the 3 hour classes. Our pass rate for this course is over 97%.
The Denver May 2024 hybrid class is structured with May 31, 12 - 3pm, In Person; June 5, 7 and 21 are 3 hour virtual classes (12 - 3pm), and final class being in-person on June 27 from 12 - 3pm
Exam Overview
Multiple choice question exam on the last class date with 55% or better to achieve a pass
Digital Certificate and Badges
All exams and classes starting in 2025 will now utilize WSET's digital certificates. Please use the link in your welcome email to register for the certificate. Your certificate will be immediately available the moment your results are provided.

$750 for in person tuition, includes exam and all materials.
