Online Student Support

The first step with WSET Online Clasroom is to create a new account, please use the same email address you used to purchase the course. If you are brand new to the WSET Online Classroom, Here is a video on creating a new account.

Once you get your welcome letter/email with your  'programme provider', 'reference number', 'link' and 'key' you can proceed with self-enrollment. This self-enrolment how-to video is for both NEW and EXISTING users of WSET's Online Classroom.

Please note that WEI will schedule your exam directly with you. The exam date provided by WSET is only tentative. We like to provide students with additional time to study before the exam when requested.

Existing users, including anyone that did a course, feedback test or online entry test in the past will use the same login details, so NO new details will be issued. Existing users will continue to use their previous login information.
